It is acknowledged and agreed that the Indicosmic Capital Pvt. Ltd. (ICPL) will hold all intellectual property rights in the Software including, but not limited to, copyright and trademark rights. The ICPL client agrees not to claim any such ownership in the Software’s intellectual property at any time prior to or after the completion and delivery of the Software by the ICPL. The Parties agree that the ICPL has all the rights to protect the Software including its source code under the Copyright Act and the ICPL shall provide all necessary support, including execution of necessary declarations, No-objection, and / or such other documents as may be required for the same.
