Indicosmic Capital Pvt. Ltd. (ICPL) has the right to cancel your policy if there is misrepresentation, non-disclosure of important facts, fraud, or non-cooperation by the Roadside Assistance Users. In such cases the ICPL will give a notice of 30-days and there won’t be a refund of the amount paid.
Policy once issued cannot be cancelled
Refund can be done only when there is failure in transaction.
Refund will be done within two working days.
